Cancellation: Should you be unable to attend after your payment is received, a substitute participant may attend at no extra charge. Refunds (less a $15 administrative fee) will be returned for any written cancellations postmarked by October 18, 2002. Absolutely NO refunds will be made after October 18, 2002.
